Dr. Sokolsky 

Dr. Sokolsky, a board-certified Physician specialized in internal medicine with 30 years experience. His clinical experience has emphasized on general internal medicine and cardiology. His board certifications include Highest American Internal Medicine, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Highest Category of Cardiology and Highest Category of Internal Medicine. Dr. Sokolsky was named Top Doc of 2014 and 2005 by the Washingtonian Magazine.

Dr. Sokolsky’s medical education included, Medical School of Vilnius University with Post Graduate Training at Prince George`s Hospital Center. Dr Sokolsky is fluent in English, Russian and Lithuanian.

Dr. Sokolsky lives in Rockville with his wife and 2 sons. He enjoys contributing to the community and has a great passion for preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

Mr. Belkindas 

Mr. Belkindas has spent his career working on development economics and statistics issues. He has worked in academia, public and private sector and international organizations. For 20 years he worked at the World Bank as the manager of the Development Data Group supporting developing countries in providing funds and knowledge transfer.

He was a professor at the Vilnius University in his native Lithuania and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University in Washington DC. He currently chairs a Foreign Advisory Panel on statistical education at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia.

He is a fellow at the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE) in Warsaw, Poland. He is an elected member of International Statistical Institute and many scientific societies.

He has received MA in economics at Vilnius University, PhD in economics at the USSR Academy of Sciences and an Honorary Doctorate in Economics from the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

He resides with the wife in North Bethesda, MD.
